Source & Target Field Values
The accelerator creates an Excel report that helps with preparing the value mapping. It contains two sheets.
Prerequisites
The source data must be extracted before running this accelerator. The Target values sheet is created after the Source values sheet, so without source data the target values cannot be filled out.
The target data must also be extracted, including the content types (and for SharePoint Online, the term sets), otherwise the Target values sheet will be empty.
Sheets
Source values lists the values found in the source documents and folders, with how often each value is used:
Content Type: System name of the content type of the object.Field: Full path of the field, e.g.source.properties.Status.Value: A value found in the field. Multi-value fields are split into one row per value. Nested values are shown as JSON text.Count: Number of objects that have this value.
Target values lists the allowed values of the choice, lookup and term fields in the target system:
Content Type: Display name of the content type.Field: Display name of the field.Value: An allowed value for the field.Display Name: Display name of the value. Only filled for NetDocuments lookup values, whereValueis the key.
Allowed values are collected from:
choicesof the field (SharePoint Online, Alfresco).properties.lookupValuesof the field (NetDocuments). The key (systemName) is shown as the value and thedisplayNamein the Display Name column.- The term set linked to the field (SharePoint Online term fields). Terms are listed with their full path, e.g.
/DMT/Document Purpose/Administrative.
Settings
mongoConnection

reportPath
Full path to the Excel file, including the file name.
sourceFields
List of full field paths to report in the Source values sheet, e.g. ["source.properties.Categories", "source.properties.Status"]. If a path points to an object, each field inside it is reported separately. If the list is empty, all fields under source.properties are reported.
